Finally!!

My scale finally moved today. It has been stuck at in between 181 and 183 for a couple months now, and today it told me 179! (I stepped off and on three times to make sure!) I have officially lost 90 pounds since surgery. WOOHOO! Caren 269/179/???

woo-HOO! we were stuck at the same thing for the same thing....and I moved too, I saw 178 the other day! Do you exercise?

Aliya, I have not exercised regularly thru the month of December. I have promised myself to get back on that treadmill on a regular basis starting today. Hope that will help. Caren
