What are you eating on Sunday?
LND- power crunch bar
B- bacon, eggs, toasted english muffin (one half)
L- will probably be a turkey wrap
D- grilling steak and chicken, not sure what with it. Maybe corn on the cob
vits- so far, so good
water- my goal is 100 oz today
excersize- I start boot camp tomorrow- 4 days a week for 4 weeks, so I'm taking the day off.

B - 1 oz chicken breast, 1 oz ff cheese
L - 1 oz chicken breast, 1 oz ff cheese, .75 C artichoke hearts, salad w/light dressing
D - 1 oz chicken breast, 1 oz ff cheese, .75 C artichoke hearts, salad w/light dressing
S - oatmeal w/splenda and 1 t light Country Crock

b-1/3 of a vegetable omelet I've been eating for 3 days now. I got it at a restaurant on Friday and it has served me 3 meals. 2 slices rye-ola bread. 1 T smart balance margarine.
s-1 Kashi peanut granola bar
L-2 oz roast chicken, peas and carrots
s-blueberry protein shake
d-pumpkin soup (yummy, still got to go to the store to get the ingredients.)
Anyway, that is my plan for the day. I'm not going to the gym. I've been 5 times this week and I'm taking the day off to catch up on housework.

Pre-B: Protein shake (33 grams) - Nectar Fuzzy Navel made with Crystal Light Orange Sunrise...yummy!
B/L: Some leftovers from last night's company and watching the football game...a couple of mini-hot dogs (beanie weenies as we call them) and a couple of these things I make with the mini-rye bread (you cook tube sausage and drain it, then mix in Velveeta cheese product (love that product) and Worestershire - spoon that on the bread and bake til bubbly)).
S: A small piece of SF chocolate cheesecake that we made (low-fat cream cheese, splenda, eggs, vanilla, cocoa powder with a pan butter and dusted with almond flour - not really a crust).
S2: Proten shake (33 grams) - Nectar Lemon Tea
D: We are heading out on a date tonight. This is our anniversary celebration a couple of months late. We are headed to a nice restaurant and a show.
