Gym is open . . .
I didn't walk today. My DH didn't want to go and I just got lazy along with him. I did do my workout though.

Front Press
Dumbbell Pullovers
Tricep Extensions
Upright Rows
One Arm Dumbbell Rows
Preacher Curls
I will try to make up for the missing walk tomorrow. Is anybody else working out?
