LND - 6 Tortilla chips with refried bean and melted cheese on top (a must try!.. so easy to make)
LNS - 8 saltine crackers with low fat peanut butter

L - 6" roast beef sub from subway (minus half the bread, TONS of veggies, and extra cheese)
D - probably my tortilla chips again
I ate/will eat:
B - 2 oz chicken breast, 1 oz ff cheese
L - 2 oz chicken breast, 1 oz ff cheese, 2 C salad w/3 T light dressing, .75 C artichoke hearts
S - sf cocoa
D - 2 oz chicken breast, 1 oz ff cheese, 2 C salad w/3 T light dressing, .75 C artichoke hearts
S - Oatmeal w/t light Country Crock

Kind of high on carbs, but I NEED the fiber!!

LND- one egg with 1tbs mayo (egg salad) and a wasa cracker
B- scrambled egg with 2 slices turkey bacon
S- 16oz chocolate carb countdown milk
L- 1oz roasted salted almonds and one string cheese( I eat this everyday at work, havent got tired of it yet)
S- low carb yogurt
D- SB pep pizza
S- low carb vanilla ice cream( I eat this "almost" everyday too) haha
