Posting early so I don't forget! LND- turkey tostada- ground turkey, beans, lettuce, cheese, salsa, sour cream, and a little of the homemade shell. B- protein shake S- fruit (melon, cherries) and a taste of pastry in a meeting L- probably cottage cheese and beef jerky D- probably hawaiian shrimp

LND - 6 Tortilla chips with refried bean and melted cheese on top (a must try!.. so easy to make) LNS - 8 saltine crackers with low fat peanut butter ------------------------- B - Zone protein bar (Choc Rasberry, mmmm!) L - 6" roast beef sub from subway (minus half the bread, TONS of veggies, and extra cheese) D - probably my tortilla chips again

Hi all B= I too had Banana Bread weight control oatmeal S= 1/2 cup egg salad w/ 6 whole wheat ritz crackers L= south beach chicken wrap c- 1/2 c jello S= 4 oz mixed fruit cup D= 3 oz baked fish and 1/4 c cabbage Vitamins and 30 min on treadmill also 50 oz H2O Joanne 325/240/170 (slow loser)

I ate/will eat: B - 2 oz chicken breast, 1 oz ff cheese L - 2 oz chicken breast, 1 oz ff cheese, 2 C salad w/3 T light dressing, .75 C artichoke hearts S - sf cocoa D - 2 oz chicken breast, 1 oz ff cheese, 2 C salad w/3 T light dressing, .75 C artichoke hearts S - Oatmeal w/t light Country Crock Fat: 9g Carbs: 79 g Fiber: 16 g Protein: 57g Calories: 581 Kind of high on carbs, but I NEED the fiber!! LND- one egg with 1tbs mayo (egg salad) and a wasa cracker B- scrambled egg with 2 slices turkey bacon S- 16oz chocolate carb countdown milk L- 1oz roasted salted almonds and one string cheese( I eat this everyday at work, havent got tired of it yet) S- low carb yogurt D- SB pep pizza S- low carb vanilla ice cream( I eat this "almost" everyday too) haha Candy
