Gym is open . . .
Hey everyone! I was feeling a little out of sorts today. I did my full upper body workout but I didn't do as much weight as usual.
Bench Press
Front Press
Dumbbell Pullovers
Tricep Extensions
One-arm Dumbbell Raises
Upright Rows
Preacher Curls
Depending on how I feel later, I am going to do LS Miracle Mile Workout.
What did you do today to get to/maintain your goal?

Um... well...
Man I wish I had your determination. I really plan on going back to the gym next week when classes start. I don't have class until 6 so I figured if I pick everyone up and get them home and head to campus around 4:30, I should have time for a good work out before class...
Sigh.
I can't wait until the weather gets nicer. It's so hard to excited about taking a walk when it's either 25 and blizzarding or 40 and raining...
BTW - LOVE Corpus Christi - it's one of my favorite places!

Our new gym should be opening in the next day or two if their inspections went well. We are waiting to hear from them and I'm keeping an eye on their webpage.
I'm excited about getting back to the gym.
Didn't get the chance to walk the stair at work today was swamped. Tomorrow is a new day...

Today I went to the new "Circuit training Jazzercise" class. It lasted 70 minutes. It is a combination dumbbells and resistance bands with aerobic exercising in between. It was a lot of fun. I haven't done on-land aerobics in 15 years. And the best part is, I could do it! Woohoo! I sure couldn't have done it 3 or 4 months ago, when I first started coming to this gym. It was great to see all my working out, paying off!
