I know that this is late but on 1/4/06 I had.....
B- Protein Shake (28g)
S- 5 Ritz Crackers w/ peanut butter
L- Salad w/bacon chips, shredded cheese, croutons and Lite French Dressing.
S- Pistachio nuts, 5 saltine crackers
D- Shredded Beef w/Carb Option BBQ Sauce and Black Eyed Peas
Vitamins- yes
Water - 64 oz
Exercise - 3 mile walk away the pounds
