What did you eat today (1/4/06)
This is getting confusing! I post this in the afternoon/early evening and I'm in California, so I think I miss people! I'll try to start posting earlier.
LND- Barilla protein pasta w/turkey italian sausage, turkey meatballs, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, sauce, baked together with cheese.
B- protein shake
S- beef jerky
L- banana, protein cookie
D- turkey tacos
S- s/f pop and a protein shake before bed
water- about 50 ounces in, need 50 more
vits- all in
excersize- will do a good walk again tonight
Pre-B: Protein shake (33 grams)
One low-carb SF snickerdoodle
B: Two hard boiled eggs
One cup o' joe
L: Deli ham, deli havarti w/ dill
S: Protein shake (33 grams)

D: Salmon w/ green beans
S: Protein shake (33 grams)
Water: about 30 oz so far and working on it
Vitamins: Got some calcium in my future - all the rest already taken
Exercise: Naw...there is always tomorrow

D - 1/2 a Subway roast beef on a wrap, 4 Baked Lays potato chips
Water - about 50 oz
Vits - Yep! Although I forgot my B this morning, I usually take it on Wed and Sat and with the short week, I lost track of the days. I'll take it tomorrow

b- 3/4c special k high protein cereal
with 1/2c carb countdown milk
s-protein shake
l-1oz roasted salted almonds and one string cheese
s-low carb yogurt
d-2oz roast with 1/4c squash casserole and 1/4c green beans
s before bed- 1/2c low carb vanilla ice cream (I look forward to this all day)
90oz of water, all vits, and 80g protein

B - One egg, over medium, a slice of ham and 1 oz. of cheese
S - insides of a taco with cheese (well I ate a little of the shell)
L - Half a sandwich: turkey (3 oz.) cheese and a little mayo on once slice of high protein bread (I can actually eat some bread sometimes)
S - a few sm. pieces of real chocolate...savored every bit!
D - 4 oz. of Blackened Tilapia, a bite of garlicbutter rice, a bite of corn
S - 1/2 c. low carb ice cream
Gosh that seems like a lot of food!!!

AM - liquid protein syrup - 30 grams
Breakfast - 4 oz carb control yogurt and half an Atkins protein bar - 14 grams
lunch 3/4 cup of vegetarian chili and 1/2 cup green beans - 5 grams
Dinner - didn't feel like making anything so I had cheese and crackers - 8 grams
snack - one and a half ounces of smoked almonds and a handful of low fat tortilla chips - 8 grams
Water - only 44 ounces or so plus a couple cups of regular coffee
exercise - nope
