LND- chicken taco, chicken nachos
B- cereal, made me feel gross
S- beef jerky
L- dry roasted edamame, protein shake
S- 100 calorie cookie pack
D- Barillo protein pasta, turkey meatballs, turkey italian sausage, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, baked with sauce and cheese on top. So good and full of protein!
vits- yes
water- 60 ounces, 32 more to go
excersize- long walk after dinner
B - 7 g. protein Cinnamon Oatmeal with 14 g. high protein milk, and strawberries
S - Protein shake
L - salad with chicken breast
s - a few mini peanut butter cookies
D - very small amount of thin spaghetti noodles with 5-6 sm. meatballs and sauce
S - lowcarb strawberry ice cream and one Oreo
I could have done without the pb cookies. I teach Kindergarten and we have one snack a day that the kids are responsible to bring. I'm actually pretty good about just grabbing my water bottle but I ate two...instead of the whole personalized bag....back in the day I would have eaten several of those bags! Now that I think about it, I really am making pretty good choices.
Water and vitmz in. Will weight train in a few.
AM - liquid protein syrup - 30 grams
Breakfast - 4 oz carb control yogurt and half an Atkins protein bar - 14 grams
lunch 3/4 cup of vegetarian chili and 1/2 cup green beans - 5 grams
snack - one slice 2% american cheese and some saltines - 5 grams
dinner - approx one ounce of salmon, one and a half ounces of cheddar cheese cubes, one cup of salad, 2 sugar free shortbread cookies - 12 grams
liquids - more than 64 oz, but a good bit of it was regular coffee
meds and vits - yes
protein - 66 grams
exercise - 45 minute cardio dance class and lower body toning
B- Banana Bread Weight Control Oatmeal w/ Carb Countdown FF Milk

LND - 1cup of spaghetti in a thick homemade really meaty sauce.
LNS - 1/2 cup brocc n cheese
