Gym is open . . .
Whew. I just got back from my walk. My son made me finish that last 1/4 mile so I finally walked 2 miles. I didn't break any records but it was a good pace for me. I also did my lower body strength training earlier today:

Floor Hip Abductions
Wrist Curls
Reverse Wrist Curls

My workout was 25 minutes on the recumbant bike and two fast walking laps around the indoor track.
Strength training:
Opposite Arm Leg Raise
SB Wt Crunch
Dumbbell Chest Press
Supine Dumbbell Triceps Extension
Single Leg Dumbbell Curls
Band Internal/External Rotation
Cable Twist
Wide Grip Seated Row
Incline Dumbbell Chest Fly w/close grip pull Down
Felt great once I was finished.
