All I wanna to do is keeping doing what I'm doing. I do want to tone and build up some lost muscle but I won't be changing my eating at all.

I've probably thought it every year of my adult life. But not this year.
Waking up on New Years Day feeling bloated in a carb haze regretting all that I ate over the two weeks or so prior. I DO NOT miss that at all.
