Just went for 6 month check up

Okay, I know I'm a couple of months behind, but I just went for my 6month check up, and my results were GREAT!!!! *I've lost 87 pounds *I've met my doctor's goal *He added me to his Very Successful List I'm so excited!!! I still want to lose 10 pounds, and exercise.... but right now I'm going to REJOICE!!!! You have all helped me in so many ways! Thanks! Just coming to the board has been a life saver! Shawna
