Stef, I usually eat 3 meals and at least 2 snacks a day, trying to keep the calories between 1000-1200. My loss has also slowed down to 1-2 lbs per week, sometime just a stay-the-same. According to my doctor, this is very normal for all of us. I still have a long way to go so I wi**** would still be coming off at about 5 lbs a week but that's just a pipe dream at this point. I'm so grateful for where I am now and would never have believed it a year ago. Have a wonder New Year's and keep up all the great work. Cindee 310/223/???

I think we're all slowing down, Shawna, so don't worry too much about it. I eat three meals and one snack and you and I still get in about the same number of calories (1000-1200). I asked my surgeon last week what WLS patients average when they get to about 9 months out. He was hesitant to answer because everyone is so diffferent but he says that it has been his experience that patients will average anywhere from 5 to 12 pounds between months nine and twelve. That's not 5 to 12 pounds per month but 5 to 12 total pounds over the three month period! Anyway, I am 60 pounds from goal, and I've given myself 22 months to get to goal (or as close as my body will allow). Best of luck to you.
