What did you eat today?
B - oatmeal with raisins and sweet n low (no Splenda available)
S - Nectar
L - My very first sandwich since WLS!!! 1 slice of WW bread, a slice of cheese and a slice of smoked turkey, folded over. It was HEAVEN!
D - about a 2 1/2 inch square of lasagna made with fat-free ricotta, 97% lean ground beef and low-carb sauce - I ate a little of the noodle but mostly the filling, and peas and carrots
vits - yes ma'am!
water - good day for water today, about 80 oz already
exercise - well, 2 outta 3 ain't bad is it?
B: Protein shake (usually have food too but the cupboard was bare)
L: Cheeseburger - no bun
S: A few handfuls of movie popcorn and a few SF chocolate malted milk balls and chocolate covered almonds
S: Protein shake
D: Leftover Indian food - tandori chicken, salmon, lamb
S: Protein shake
Vitamins: Got 'em!
Water: 50 oz now and still drinking
Exercise: walked at the mall

B - 4 oz. of leftover ribeye from the night before
L - 1/3 enchilada, some fajita chicken meat and a few bites of beans
D - 3 or 4 oz. of rotisserie chicken, 1 tbsp. stuffing, a few bites of green beans
S - a bite of a cookie
S - 2 oz. cheese, fresh pineapple
All vitamins, all water plus a diet dr. pepper I shared with hubby
exercise - some ab work but no cardio...although I shopped like mad too!
B - Atkins shake and coffee (caffeine full)
L - Atkins shake and hot tea (caffeine full)
S - 2 slices 2% american cheese and saltines
D - small fish fillet (probably about 3 or 3 1/2 ounces) and 3/4 cup cooked broccoli with a bit of butter and parmesan
S - a few sugar free cookies and a sugar free Jolly Rancher candy
Water - more than 64 ounces
Vitamins - yes, but I forgot my blood pressure meds
Exercise - 30 minute aerobics class and ab work
