Becky Sue's SF Swirl Cheesecake
Glad you liked it. I also found that instead of the chocolate, you can swirl sf strawberry syrup (found it with the diabetic foods at the grocery) and it's just as yummy.
I experimented with SF Oreos for Christmas - this went down really well, so well, I made a 9x13 pan of it and it was GONE - and there were still 3 pies left...
Crush 2 boxes of sf oreos in a plastic ziplog bag (makes about 4 cups)
Put about 3 cups in the bottom of a 9x13 foil pan and pat down to make a "crust".
Mix up 2 large boxes of instant SF Chocolate pudding with skim or 1% milk (the box calls for 3 cups for each box but I used 2 cups per box to make it a little stiffer)
Mix up 1 large box of instant SF Vanilla pudding (2 cups of milk instead of 3)
Layer 1/2 the chocolate over the crust, let set for a minute, pour vanilla over chocolate, let set, and then remaining chocolate.
Cover and refrigerate for about an hour.
Top with 1 large container of Cool Whip Free and sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs.
I'm telling you, the kids were EATING THIS UP! It was soooo good, and I was so bummed that there wasn't anything left to take home...
Revision on 10/29/12
Kathy... I looked at the hershey's website and didn't see the cheesecake... can you provide a link? It sounds awesome. Hope you had a wonderful holiday and Happy New Year.
