Can I Start Playing Again??

Hi Maysters.......... I have been bad. Before and after surgery I was posting on here some - and once I started back to work, I just stopped! Not that I haven't been on here reading and comparing my progress....I just haven't posted. No particular reason. I would like to come back and participate in the group again! I also have not kept up with my profile. I have done very well - no sickness - and have lost 85 pounds. I am thrilled with my results so far. I was very very good up until Thanksgiving and I have slacked since then. I do keep up with my vitamins and protein and water, but have added some things to my diet the last few weeks that should not be there....and are going to go away starting next week! Hope everyone has had fun with the holidays! Caren

Caren Welocme Back! Your my surgery sister, same date, and same loss. I can totally relate to the not so nice new additions to the diet, but I can't dwell on the past. Hope to see more of ur smiling face. Aliya
