What did you eat today?
Sorry, I've been slacking in my duties- I'm going to start this again every day.
DLN- protein shake to repent for my sins.
B- protein shake
L- leftover scalloped potatoes, green bean casserole, ham
S- a couple pistachios, a couple hershey kisses
D- will be baked chicken, broccoli, either rice or potatoes
vits- yes
water- trying to get over 130 ounces today. So far so good.
excersize- will walk tonight
B - yogurt, 1/3 of a banana, 1/2 tamale - kid's vitamin
L - a little more than 1/2 a chicken breast, 1 Dove chocolate square ( coulda been worse)
calcium
D - Going to Saltgrass and will get ceasar salad and eat a fileg mignon
vitamin
Late snack - Protein shake and last calcium, I'll likely eat a peach or some fresh pineapple
I've already done some major stomach crunches this morning and will squeeze in some treadmill tonight.
Today I actually busted out the food journal!
I plan to journal about 3 days to get myself on track.
B -2 cups of coffee with coffeemate sugar free hazelnut and 1 scoop anywhey 34gm protein
L- 2 eggs scrambled with cheese and deli ham 21gms protein
S- some mixed nuts
D- 6 "healthy" holiday meatballs (I made) 21gms protein
planned S- RTD shake 25 gms protein
I have had all my water plus 2 glasses and have taken all my vitamins!!
Okay this isn't great but it's the truth.
B- 1 pkt of plain instant oatmeal with splenda
S=1/2 mini bagel with cream cheese and 1 oz. smoked salmon
L=1/2 cup cottage cheese& 1/4 cup tuna salad
S=2 chocolate chip cookies
D= 1/2 cup chicken and rice noodles (pancit)
vits- yes
water-32 oz.
exercise- I worked my butt off at work and did 4 hours of overtime(12 1/2 hours total)
breakfast: 4 oz carb control yogurt and dose of pro stat liquid protein (36 grams)
lunch: one-half cup of black bean soup and one cup salad greens with fat free dressing (4 grams )
late afternoon grazing: I know... I know... grazing is evil, don't flame me.
several handfuls of Lays fat free potato chips, one slice american cheese and 6 or 8 saltines. (5 grams)
dinner: 3 ounces of salmon and 1 cup salad greens with a bit a parmesan and caesar dressing (regular). (approx 20 grams)
vitamins and meds: yes
water: only around 40 ounces
exercise: 3 mile power walk, upper body weight lifting and ab work
