Hazelnut Carb Select Coffeemate

Look out Starbucks!!! I just made myself a delicious and healthy cup of coffee...I have felt so guilty starting my chilly morning drives to school with coffee instead of a protein shake but I am so cold! I found Hazelnut sugarfree carb select coffeemate yesterday. Liquid, not powder. 1 carb per Tbs. So I mixed 1 Tbs with 1 scoop of 17 g protein Any Whey and hot steaming coffee in my travel size coffee cup and yummy! I really can't even tell the difference! Guilt Free Pleasure! Jen

Jen, can I please tell you how much I love you for telling me about this!!! I was just thinking that I wish they'd come out with more low carb flavored creamers. The only I have been able to find is the Walmart brand powdered french vanilla. I'm going to the store tonight to look for the Coffeemate! Woo hoo! Anyway, I had also felt slightly guilty about going back to regular coffee, but my doc's program only said we couldn't have caffeine for the first six months. Thank God, I can enjoy coffee and strong black tea again instead of that herbal crap.

Girl, thanks for the update, I find myself addicted to starbucks lately, I use a mocha latte made with skim/no whip as a 12 g protein supplement, its about 170 calories...so I'm looking for something just as yummy with less cals, sounds good!

We brew decaf Hazelnut Cream coffee and chill it. Then mix it with IDS Cinnamon Vanilla protein powder...a splash of half and half and a pack of sweet -n- low. DIVINE!
