Definitely understand that, Tom. Rich is really "hollow" up around the shoulder blades yet he wears a size 42" waist which isn't *small* nor is it *big* as he can still buy clothing at that size in the regular department which is fabulous. It is hard to reconcile what you see of his legs, butt, arms and shoulders with the excess around the middle. He doesn't look big around the middle or out of proportion with clothing on - it's more a without clothing thing (breasts not where they should be, etc) But I'd think without the extra skin he'd be down two pants sizes and maybe even one shirt size. No budget for plastics and believe me - we are totally and utterly grateful for where he is now. No regret. He does not seem to have any rash issues which is good (bad if insurance would cover plastics at all).
