What did you eat today?
Not a good eating day for me. I need a protein shake and lots of water!
LND- chicken salad
B- protein shake
S- 2 slices american cheese
L- raisin bran and a banana- made me feel so gross!
S- some oriental snack mix- yuck!
D- hawaiian food, shrimp and pork, I'm sure.
vits- yes
water- way behind
excersize- small walk, need more
Mine is more then pathetic.
B - protein drink (that made me ill)
L - stupid me tried a protein bar, it put me in horrible pain for HOURS!!
D - about a tsp of mashed potatoes (just felt uncomfortable afterward)
S - I'm now sipping slowly on some ice tea
vits - no
water - none
exercise - walked from house to car, from car to lay away dept. at WalMart and then the reverse to get home.... and that was enough!!!
This is so depressing. I can't do anything. I think my 9 year old son is stronger then I am right now. Tomorrow I'll be starting my new medication, hoping that it helps me!!!!

B: 4 string cheese
L: a little over 1/2 of a Healthy Choice Salsbury steak meal - threw up quite a bit of it - didn't chew a green bean up well enough!
S: About 1/3 of a biscuit - threw it up
S: 1 piece SF chocolate/toffee
D: 1 grilled chicken thigh, about 1/3 cup spinach, 1 piece SF chocolate
S: 1 pretzel, less than 1/3 regular bag of microwave popcorn (made it for my kids and gave them each a big bowl, I ate the rest - maybe 2 cups)
I will likely have a protein shake tonight
Took my vitamin with the biscuit, so am not sure if it 'worked', LOL! Took both calcium, too. No working out.
52 oz SF kool-aid, 16 oz decaf, soy, sf French Vanilla/Hazelnut latte
here is what I had yesterday since it is early morning now
b- instant oatmeal
s-granola bar
l- salad with some chicken. My first salad since surgery it was pretty good
s- a few pretzels
d- spaghetti
s- suger free pudding
water- 36 oz
vits- yes
exercise small walk
need to start drinking more protein drinks
