1. What has been your greatest wow moment thus far? buying my first pair of size 10 pants!!!! it was this past weekend
2. What is your favorite protein shake? Protein delite vanilla pineapple
3. What food really ticks your pouch off? haven't found one yet
4. What size did you start at and what size are you in now? size 20 tight, now in size med tops, size 10 pants!!!!
5. What is your next nearest non-weight related goal? to actually stick with an exercise regimen... to take better care of myself by not letting work interfere with my health
1. What has been your greatest wow moment thus far?
The first time I went jogging. I still cannot beleive the things I can now do physically.
2. What is your favorite protein shake?
It's not a shake but Pro Stat 64 liquid protein syrup. It's disgusting, but it gets the job done!
3. What food really ticks your pouch off?
fruit, cashews, pretzels
4. What size did you start at and what size are you in now?
Started in sizes ranging from 26/28 to 30/32 to XXXL depending on the cut of the clothes. Right now, I can wear tops ranging from large to extra large to 18 depending on how they're cut and bottoms in an XL or 18/20 (plain "18's" are too snug in the hips and thighs). I started in an 11W shoe and now I wear an 8½W shoe.
5. What is your next nearest non-weight related goal?
Pay off 50 - 75% of my credit card debt in 2006 and start house hunting when I do. I'm sick of renting my place.

The guys in the store that were complimenting my backside in Portuguese that didn't realize that I understood their comments.
2. What is your favorite protein shake?
Can't say that I like any of them, but GNC Unflavored is the lessor of all evils when I mix with CL.
3. What food really ticks your pouch off?
Steak & I are still not on speaking terms.
4. What size did you start at and what size are you in now?
Started in a 26 and now I'm in 16.
5. What is your next nearest non-weight related goal?
I have 2 weeks (before my annual Christmas ****tail Party) to paint the majority of the interior of my house. I bought a new couch and now the antique ivory walls don't go..... Started ceilings last night... Keep your fingers crossed.

1. Being able to shop in the "normal" womens dept. Still feel some sort outa place and find myself grazing over to the plus sizes and then my husbands reminds me that nothing is going to fit me over there.

1. Has to be having my husband tell me how proud he is of me. He has never seen me at this size and to see him just grin from ear to ear makes me so proud!
2. Isopure Dutch Chocolate with a frozen banana or a tbsp or 2 of pb.
3. None. But today was not a good food day. I threw up twice - YUCK! First time cuz I didn't chew up a really mushy green bean well enough. And the other time cuz a left over was WAY too dry and got stuck. Two stucks in one day - icky.
4. Started off wearing REALLY tight stretchy size 28W jeans, but also had some too tight 30Ws, so was probably in a 32W at least. Am now wearing an 18W or 20 (with no W), depends.
5. Get through my final exam (Religious Quest) this weekend!! And the other class (Elementary Japanese) that I'm only about 1/3 of the way through!
