1. Riding the roller coasters with my son still tops them all. 2. Nectar Lemon Tea 3. Anything mixed with milk 4. Started at a 24/26 (see my profile for me with my size 26 pants!), currently in a 12 5. Hmmm...I dunno... does a clothing size count as a non-weight related goal? If so, it would be to get to a size 10. Otherwise, it would have to be going to Vegas next August a WHOLE lot smaller and a WHOLE lot more energetic!

1. It delights me to no end that I can walk and get around with sooo much less pain and discomfort. All movement is so much freer and exercise has become a pleasure. 2. So far I have liked unjury chocolate the best but daily use the Body Fortress choc. from Walmart. ( usually in my coffee or occasionally w/milk and a banana in blender) 3. Two times I have tried to eat Popeye's fried chicken. All but the tiniest bit of skin and crispies removed but that teaspoonful of crispy threw the pouch into a fit both times ( must be the grease, think if I ate only the breast meat and skipped the other part it'd be ok) ...also tried a couple of bites of coleslaw twice lately and yuck....misery, won't do that again. 4. 28-30-32 to start, Now most pants 18 and most tops 20-22. 5. Taking a walk in the woods during the snowfall. ( may get a chance this week around here ****ep promising myself I'll do it but for the last couple of yrs. waited till it's too late. It fills me with a sense of wonder as everything is being transformed before your eyes and becoming so beautiful. I love the sound of the snow falling it's sort of crinkly. Winter wonderland, yes.

1. What has been your greatest wow moment thus far? Looking at my 70 pound nephew and realizing I've "lost him" weight wise. WOW. 2. What is your favorite protein shake? None 3. What food really ticks your pouch off? Nothing yet but salad and vegetables sure makes it "talk back" to me. 4. What size did you start at and what size are you in now? I was in a snug 28 and now I'm in an 18. 5. What is your next nearest non-weight related goal? To get my house looking presentable before my sister flies in for the Holidays on the 19th. Diane

1. What has been your greatest wow moment thus far? Having 500 times more energy than six months ago and feeling so much better about myself in general. 2. What is your favorite protein shake? It's not a shake, but Profect 3. What food really ticks your pouch off? Chicken that is not shredded 4. What size did you start at and what size are you in now? 32/18 5. What is your next nearest non-weight related goal? To be able to walk into the "normal" size section of a department store and try on and buy clothes!

1. What has been your greatest wow moment thus far? When I get ready to come in my front door I can see my whole reflection. I was coming in the other day and couldn't believe that slim lady in front of me!! 2. What is your favorite protein shake? I still think the Unjury-vanilla flavored is the best. 3. What food really ticks your pouch off? I have to say chinese food. Chicken fried rice has come up more then its stayed down. 4. What size did you start at and what size are you in now? Started out in a size 26/28 and now can wear a size 16 5. What is your next nearest non-weight related goal? To become the best Manager that Pizza Hut has ever had.

1. What has been your greatest wow moment thus far? Seeing one of my best friends' husband at the grocery store, and he seriously didn't recognize me! 2. What is your favorite protein shake? BSN Whipped vanilla with chocolate carb countdown 3. What food really ticks your pouch off? hmmm... not much! I'd say bread, I guess. I am able to eat it, though. I really haven't had much problem with food. 4. What size did you start at and what size are you in now? I started squeezing into a 26/28, and now I'm in an 18. 5. What is your next nearest non-weight related goal? I don't really have one.

1. What has been your greatest wow moment thus far? Losing 142.5 pounds so far, seeing bones like my collar bone, wrist bones, hipbones and my ribs. I am 4 pounds from 'Onederland'. 2. What is your favorite protein shake? Nectar Caribbean Cooler 3. What food really ticks your pouch off? 2 days ago, I dumped from Peanut Butter, so that is my current enemy. 4. What size did you start at and what size are you in now? My tops were 3X and my bottoms were a TIGHT 28 or a 2X and now I am wearing loose 1X tops and loose Large or 18's for my bottoms. 5. What is your next nearest non-weight related goal? To try and have a baby when Husband comes back from deployment next May! (The main reason for this surgery for me!) Stacy 346/203.5

1. What has been your greatest wow moment thus far? looking in all the mirrors I see and not seeing a giant belly hanging there.... I actually have a waist. 2. What is your favorite protein shake?Designer Whey cappucino... hot or cold I love them both 3. What food really ticks your pouch off?Milk... everytime I try to drink it, I get nauseated.. other than that .. nothing 4. What size did you start at and what size are you in now? Started in a 20(tight) and am now an almost loose 12 5. What is your next nearest non-weight related goal?hmmmm not wt related... to have my ex hubby see me when we exchange our daughter this summer... he was HORRIBLE to me about my wt... Karen

1. I found out yesterday that I'm actually 5'6" and not 5'5". I weighed in at 151 which now puts me at NORMAL weight!!!!!!!! I'm not overweight anymore!!!!!! In less then seven months, I went from morbidly obese to normal!! 2. I like sf hot chocolate w/ Designer Whey Vanilla protein in it. 27 grams per drink. I haven't been able to do any "shakes" I can't drink anything cold right now at all. 3. This past week - ANY AND ALL food makes me ill. I think I've gotten in less then 1000 cals for the entire past week. Saw the surgeon yesterday, he says it's from my hernia, gotta get that fixed. 4. Size 24W or 3X was my preop size, now I'm in a size 8 small/medium 5. To get my vitamin levels, iron level and sugar levels back into a safe range again. It sucks to be so sick all the time.
