LND- 1 and 1/2 small soft tacos, a couple nachos

L- none yet- I had some Pirate's Booty snacks, need some protein. Probably string cheese in a bit.
D- out with girlfriends. Probably a salad with chicken.
vits- need B12
water- just finished 42 ounces, will drink more shopping tonight.
excersize- shopping the outlets tonight- lots of walking!

L: Odyssey Triple Layer Protein Bar - got this at Walgreen's - 30 g of protein and very yummy, 29 carbs, though
S: Triple Venti SF Hazlenut No-Fat Latte
D - no idea - Holden's Christmas program is tonight - will probably grab something afterward.
Vits - good
Water - ehh... about 30 oz so far - still struggling
Exercise - packed and loaded and unloaded 14 40-lb boxes today for Christmas Bureau, beyond that, nada...
Pre-B: Nectar Protein Shake - intended to be 33 grams (scoop and a half) but there was that portion of it that squirted all over the dashboard and car windshield as I tried to shake it up a bit. Lovely. It froze on the whindshield and was white. Just lovely.
B: Deli honey ham and havarti w/ dill, cup o' joe
L: Rotisserie chicken cut up in some broccoli cheese soup (wasn't thrilling), deli honey ham and havarti
S1: Nectar Protein Shake (33 grams - no spillage this time)
S2: Two slices American cheese
D: Will be some leftover turkey chili with cheddar cheese
S: Will be yet another Protein Shake of some sort
Vitamins: Just have calcium left to take
Water: Finished 60 oz thus far
Exercise: Don't hold your breath...

Water all day, probably not enough, I've been drinking alot of decaf coffee, keeps me warm. All vitamins in.

vitamins, molybdenum, Cal & Mag citrate
Shopping, walking for 2 1/2 hrs.
