FINALLY THE SCALE IS MOVING..

I AM PLEASED TO SAY I AM IN THE 180'S NOW.I BEEN STUCK AT 193-195 FOR ALMOST TWO MONTHS NOW AND I WAS GETTING A LITTLE DEPRESSED BECAUSE I WAS HOPING TO BE IN THE 170'S BY THIS TIME. THIS WEEK I WILL BE VISITING MY SKINNY FAMILY FOR THE HOLIDAYS SO I WANTED TO BE ATLEAST IN THE SAME JEANS I WAS IN WHEN I SEEN THEM LAST.BY THE WAY ALL OF MY FAMILY IS SIZE 8-9 NO BIGGER THAN A 10 HOW LUCKY ARE THEY BUT HAVING A BABY CAN BLOW YOU UP BIGGG TIME. ANYWAYS GUYS I STARTED BACK TAKING MY VIT AND DOING MORE PROTEIN AND GOO**** WORKS..LOL..LOL. SO FROM 272LBS TO 188LBS NOT TO BAD I AM ALMOST AT MY GOAL OF WEARING A COMFORTABLE CALVIN KLEIN 10 JEANS SO I AM THANKFUL TO GOD FOR THIS BLESSING.

GOOD JOB! I know what you mean about feeling depressed. This is day 15 for me being 197-199. I just can't seem to make that darn scale go below 197! I'm glad for you. I bet they will be proud of you anyway! My starting weight was 272.9 and I can't wait until I even hit 185, that's when I'll be "overweight" and no longer obese. How much protein are you getting a day? Mine is between 75-85 a day and I've tried to increase it, decrease it, drink more water, more exercise, less exercise and my body is going to do whatever it damn well pleases!
I know the feeling, I was stuck on 245-243 for almost a month. I was afraid I would never get out of the 240's. I would loose a pound, gain 1/2 back, loose 1/2, gain 1/4, loose 1lb, gain 1/2 back, and so on. It drove me crazy. I finally pushed up the protein to 2 cups and 2 servings, drank the 62 oz water, and broke down into the 230's, now currently in the 234's. I call it the 234's, cause I go up and down 1/2, 1/4, 3/4, of the pound each time I weigh. I can be on a pound several days before I drop down to the next lower pound.
