What did you eat today?
Well, breakfast was a power crunch bar
mid morning - slimfast low carb shake
lunch - 3.5 oz tuna salad with 14 mini wheat thins (tomato and basil flavored)
mid afternoon - will be 1 oz cheese
dinner - will be 5 oz of spag bolognese + 1 oz of whole wheat spaghetti.
About 80-85 grams of protein, not bad.
And I got 72 oz of water in so far, should be able to drink another 16 oz easy. I've taken all my vitamins.
Exercise - I'll be doing 1 hr of aerobic activity soon.
I've hit a long stall, hoping this will jump start me again.
Pre-B: Protein shake (33 grams)
B: Two hard boiled eggs, cup o' joe
L: Chicken breast w/ green beans
S: Protein shake (33 grams)
Dinner will be homemade turkey chili. Rich made it this morning and it's been crocking all day.
Late night snack will be - you guessed it...another protein shake!
Vitamins: got some calcium to take to finish off the day's worth
Water: working on my 3rd bottle (each bottle 20 oz)
Exercise: maybe later...some push-ups, arms weights and such
Today was a bad eating day. I was subpoened to be a witness for a custody hearing today and never got called. Sat for 4 hours in the hallway, and will have to go back next Monday as well. More than likely, I won't get called next week, either... sigh...
B: Venti SF Hazlenut Latte
L: cup of veggie soup - consisted of a few pieces of potato, some carrot, some spinach and a little broth
S: (at 6pm at class) Southbeach Diet PB Bar
D: at 8pm - a cup of chili
I'm way off on my water - probably only 30 oz, and just now took my vits so I guess I'm going to miss my last dose of calcium. I've also only got 39 g of protein in, too, so I guess I'm going to try and get a shake in before bed, even though I hate to do that...
Tomorrow will be better - I promise!
AM - protein syrup
breakfast - carb control yogurt and half an Atkins granola bar
lunch - 1 cup bean soup and half cup of cooked kale
dinner - 1 atkins protein bar (almond brownie flavor.. yummy!!)
snack - grazed on 2 ounces of baked Ritz chips
meds and vits - yes
water - yes
exercise - my night off
