OH Convention

Hi Everyone, We had the West Coast National Convention here in California this past weekend. I went and I volunteered and helped Dr. Monica Ganz who is the director of events, who also happens to be my support group leader. It was an AMAZING weekend. I gained so much knowledge, insight, helpful tips and tools, plus there were free samples. I must have sucked down a gallon of Acheive One which is a coffee protein drink. I walked my buns off and I lost 4 pounds! I think the most amazing part was the people. Everyone was so friendly and open, there were hugs and kisses everywhere. It was like coming home for a family reunion. I was so afraid there would be little cliques and I wouldn't fit in, and boy was I wrong. I could go sit at any table and just start talking to people. It was wonderful. We all had a great time and I will cherish this weekend for a long time. I have some pictures up on my picturetrail, so if you click the www below you can see them. Deanna~ I guess my message from yesterday didn't go through. The pictures are awesome. I can't believe I didn't get your message in time to know that you would be at the registration table. I saw you many times throughout the weekend, and it didn't even connect that you were THAT Deanna! LOL. I'm so sorry we didn't get to meet, but I look forward to chatting with you. Julie
