Hello Everyone. It's been a while since I've posted...mostly lurking. I hope everyone is achieving their goals and doing well. I need a bit of help. Just wondering...What are you eating on a daily basis (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks)? What does your exercise routine look like on a weekly basis (how many times a week, how long, what type)? I've been stuck at 197lbs for 4 weeks and can't seem to drop any more. I need a boost and want to know how you all are doing it. I'm not saying that I've been doing all the right things to loose the weight either...today is a new day, and I'm getting back on track. Thanks All!!! D.C.

Oh yea...please include protein grams, calories, and carbs. I think I can eat way too much compared to some others. I can eat a whole hot pocket and I'm well over 8 oz of food at one time. Some days I can really down some food, while other days I can barely get down two fork fulls. For example...yesterday I had about 8 jumbo shrimp for dinner...that seem like a lot compared to some of you. The other day I was able to eat an entire grilled cheese sandwich and a very small piece of pizza for lunch. I am so bad...maybe I need to start back with my food diary cause it sounds so much worse when I write it out. Thanks A Bunch! D.C.

D.C. you are so right, today is a new day! I have been doing this strictly one day at a time. If I had any doubts before, I have none now, I am a food addict! Unfortunately, there is no surgery for my brain! But I am thankful to God for this surgery. Anyway, according to fitday, I am getting 677 calories 24g. fat 54g. carbs 59g. protein this is for a two week period. I have gone as high as 900 calories and as low as 400 calories a day during the past few months. During a typical day I will eat 8oz of chicken salad made with blenderized cottage cheese with a dab of low fat mayo for the "wet". I spread that out over my twelve hour shift at work. I eat a lot of sugar free jello. Refried beans with shredded cheese. Grilled chicken breast. Lean roast beef. Cheese and cheese and cheese and cheese!!!!!!! The protein drinks I use are the Nectar fuzzy navel and the Vanilla Berry Berry made with carb countdown and a handful of frozen blueberries or blackberries. I also eat 1/2 cup of scrambled egg beaters a couple times a week. Where my high carb count comes from is crackers. I don't eat them every day, but when I do, I eat too many. As for exercise, it may sound a little weird, but I run in place on a mini trampoline for 30 minutes at least 4 times a week. I have a job that can be fairly active at times as well. I do not claim in any way that I am doing this all perfectly, but I am trying to do my best to use this tool. Jump back on the right track and you will succeed!! Good luck to you! Hi DC! There are a coupe of threads here where people post what they eat. Check it out and maybe you'll get some ideas there. for breaksfast, I usually eat 4 ounces of carb control yogurt and either one-half or one-third of a protein bar depending on how big is bar is and how many calories it has. This puts me at about 150 calories for lunch, I usually have 3/4 to 1 cup of soup (some type of vegetarian soup - either bean soup, vegetarian chili, split pea soup, etc.) and about one-half cup of cooked veggies. Depending on the soup, I try to not go over 250 - 300 calories. for dinner, I usually have two to three ounces of cheese or fish and another half cup of veggies. I may also have one-half a low-carb tortilla or a few crackers. I try to stay around 350 - 400 calories I don't snack every day, but if I get really hungry, I'll have one slice of 2% cheese and five saltines. That's exactly 110 calories. I stay at around 1000 calories per day. I also take pro stat 64 protein syrup as a supplment. All drinks are non-caloric (water or diet tea) I work out six days per week doing cardio and weight training each day. Hope that helps!
