Well...Whoop D Doo!
Well, I've only lost .6 lb in 2 weeks. I AM SO FRUSTRATED I COULD SCREAM!
I've tried to mix up my exercise, mix up the speed and duration, I've drank more water, I've tried to mix up my food. All to no avail! There is only 1 thing I can think of that might have put me in a stall. We've had left over ham from Thanksgiving and I've been eating some sandwiches. Like 1/2 sandwich for lunch and sometimes the other half for dinner. The bread is lite wheat bread but I'm cutting that back out and see if I can't get past this. It's hard to believe that 1 or 2 slices about every other day could do this but, I don't know. So its tuna for lunch today and tomorrow.
Just venting...I know this will weight will drop again as long as I follow the program...it's just you always have that fear that "I'M THE ONE IT WON'T WORK FOR!" Anyway, it's off my chest and it's back to work!
Hey Linda! I am sorry for your frustration but I know I went through a couple of weeks of stalling more than once! I was happy the scale decided to be my friend today..but tomorrow...who knows??? I am not sure about the bread though, I still can't eat bread, and its prolly a good thing. Sometimes, I told my husband, I still crave a good ole bologna sandwich!!
Yeah, I've had many stalls along the way also, but this is by far the longest one yet. I know about the craving. I thought my first ham sandwich was heavenly. I figured that if I used the lite wheat bread and kept it down to no more than 2 slices that it would be ok. I don't know if that is what is stopping me or if I've been eating too much ham, but I intend to try something else to break this stall. It's probably just my body trying to tell me who's boss and we are just in a tug-o-war. I'm sure that it'll start dropping again, I just hope it's soon.
