What did you eat today?
I've been unable to log in for the past 2 days!
LND- a taco and some chicken
B- raisin bran and a banana
L- 2 bites of tortilla soup, 2 s/f pops.
I need a protein shake in a few minutes
D- not sure. DH is sick and the kids are going to a party at their grandma's house. Something easy.
Will try to get in another shake tonight.
vits- yes
excersize- I walked and walked ane walked this morning- shopping at 7am!
water- need to pick it up a bit! I don't do well with liquids on the weekends.
b---skipped it again
l--Chinese hot & sour soup--(does anyone know how much protien is in 8 oz)
s-yogurt
d--Going to DH's work Christmas party. Usually a grilled pork chop or chicken, green beans and potato
vits-yes
exercise-cleaning house
water--coffee, tea, sf koolaide
So give me your advice....

S: 2 slices Havarti with dill and some Rosemary and olive oil Triscuits (YUM!!!)
L/D: (I was at a tea) 3 finger sandwiches: 1 on white bread with salmon, 1 cucumber sandwich on rye, 1 ham/swiss on wheat, 2 grapes
I may have a snack later, dunno - it's 5:45 and I'm not hungry but I ate last at about 3:30. We'll see.
I'm a little low on my fluid intake today, but am trying to make up for it now. I've only drank about 32 oz so far.
I've taken my multi-vit, but no calcium so far. I was a musician at two teas today (one at 10 a.m. and one at 3) so I've been running all day.

AM - protein syrup (30 grams)
breakfast - 1 cup kale (I don't think it has much protein at all)
lunch - 1 cup clam chowder (5 grams)
dinner - 2 ounces kippers 1 cup iceberg salad. (15 grams)
protein - 50 grams (I'll have to make it up tmorrow)
water - yes
exercise - worked out for almost 2 hours (aerobics and full-body toning)
No snacking all day!!!!
