What did you eat today?

Not such a great day today. I'm stress eating. LND- chicken stir fry LNS- 4 s/f pops again B- protein shake at 4am! second B- insides of a chicken burrito at 8 L- 2 turkey pinwheel sandwiches, grapes, a piece of candy S- crackers and cheese D- will be hawaiian food Yikes- I'm eating like a pre-op. water- 42 ounces vits- need calcium and b12 excersize- I'll walk tonight. I have been good about this lately.

Pre-B: Nectar Protein Shake (33 g) B: Taylor PorkRoll/Ham (fried up in a pan!), piece of cheese L: Tuna salad S: Nectar Protein Shake (33 g) Dinner will be leftover Veal Saltimbocca that hubby made. Late night snack - yet another protein shake! Kathy

B: frozen quiche lorraine (isn't that the one with spinach?) S: a whole banana L: can of chicken vienna sausages, 5 low fat ritz, SF Nestle's Crunch D: fat free hot dog with catsup and 1/2 a bun, a little less than 1/2 cup homemade mac-n-cheese S: I've been snacking all night on one of those big tins of popcorn! Not the caramel, but the cheese and butter ones. I also ate like 4 pieces of SF chocolate DANG that seems like a lot! Michelle Lotsa water - like 70+ oz of water and a decaf SF white chocolate, hazelnut soy latte.
