I look unbelievable!
I can scarcely believe what I look like when I see myself in a mirror these days. I was standing tonight at a restaurant waiting for carryout and noticed a mirror. I couldn't believe it was me. I was so...so...so...thin! I still have a "paunch" in front of me in terms of a belly, but its shrinking every day.
I've lost 164 lbs. now, but it might as well be 250 for the difference in how I look. I just can't believe the difference!
Anybody else had those WOW! moments just standing in front of a mirror?
WOW Tom, that is incredible!!! You should be proud for losing so much! I get the WOW feeling when I wear certain clothes (I am haiving a hard time giving up certain items, even though they fit like a tent after losing 86 lbs) When I look at pics of me before, and pics of me now, the difference is amazing! For the first time in my life I am proud to be a LOSER !!!

Tom, you've done a fantastic job, so you should be very proud of yourself!
I don't have "WOW moments" in front of the mirror because I still have "fat head" meaning I don't "see" my weight loss. However, I am constantly amazed by the things I can now do physically. For example, I went jogging the other night. Me.... jogging.... unbelievable!
Anyway, I wish you many more WOW moments!

It is mighty nice all the changes that we have!!! I sure love wearing my size 8 jeans!!!!! And I'm lovin' the "looks" it brings

Tom,
This is fantastic! 164 lbs. How much do you have to get to your goal weight? Please keep taking photos to document your progress. It is so important.
I have been having wow moments lately all the time. The weight loss has slowed, somewhat, but, my body is really changing with all the exercise I'm doing.
How cool is this for all of us???
