What did you eat today?
I've been having some weird pains all day and last night, so I've at least been eating well.
LND- low carb tortilla w/cheese
LNS- wheat thins and then I felt totally gross
B- protein shake
S- protein pudding w/banana, granola
L- string cheese and a low sodium v-8
D- chicken stir fry
vits- yes
water- 42 ounces
excersize- will walk tonight
AM: dose of protein syrup - 30 grams protein
breakfast: 4 oz carb control yogurt and one-third power protein cookie - 14 grams protein
lunch: 3/4 cup vegetarian chili and 2 or 3 tablespoons kale - 5 grams protein
snack: 2 slices low fat american cheese and 8 saltines - 8 grams of protein
dinner: one-half broiled crab cake and 2 or 3 tablespoons kale - 6 grams protein
water:
protein: 63 grams
vitamins and meds: yes
exercise: 45 minute aerobics class followed by 40 minute upper body toning class. I hurt my wrist during the toning class (stupid hand-weights...)
