The office where Rich works also hosts a radio book chat show that is syndicated. So authors come in and are interviewed about their new books. Today Rich met Alan Alda. Said he was great! Very friendly and funny. Rich told him that he expects him to be President after seeing the live debate on West Wing. Alda replied "I certainly hope so - I could use the steady work." LOL! Rich asked about the debate and how much was scripted. Alda said it was all scripted. Rich said that he and Jimmy Smits both looked surprised a few times. Alda replied "That my man is acting!" LOL! Rich told him that he loved his entire body of work but he especially loves it when Alda plays the bad guy. Alda said "Oh, that is music to my ears." Picture(s) to follow! I love hearing Rich's voice on the radio. It was funny when some folks heard I was dating him they said "Oh, man, I just LOVE his voice..." He just called me. Apparently they are trying to get Tony LaRusso (manager of the St. Louis Cardinals) into the studio in a couple of weeks. That is Rich's TEAM!
