Wonderful Onederland
Welcome back to the real world. I certainly did not behave like a post-op the past 5 days. I learned that Oreos are a definite trigger food (no more in my house), Leinie's Honey Weiss (regional beer) still tastes yummy and Bailey's is great in hot cocoa. That said, I somehow managed to lose a pound this week and make it to ONEDERLAND!!!!
Have a great week.

YEAH!!! Good for you! I'm about 30 pounds from there and can't wait!
I've found a couple of triggers for me, too. SUGAR FREE PIE! UGH! I ate easily 1/2 of a sf pumpkin pie one day and a little more the next. So, I finally took the rest of it to the dumpster. Well, for some reason I though sf apple wouldn't be so bad. So, I made one Friday when we put up the tree. The dern thing has been SCREAMING at me! I have a feeling the rest of THAT will be going in the dumpster, too! The family and I had 1/2 of it Friday, I had a big piece yesterday, then another one just now so there's about 1/4 of it left. Maybe I'll give each of the kids a piece after lunch and it will be gone!!

Hey Michelle, How about a crustless SF pumpkin pie? The eggs and milk are protein and the pumpkin is a veggie. A piece could be a very 'legal' meal and no guilt or regrets.
When I feel deprived of the 'good stuff' it triggers rebellion...even sneaky rebellion
So I try to have stuff I can have, that is really Yummy on hand. Cuz...we're worth it.
