A Nice Day...

Got up to a delicious protein shake... Isopure Zero Carb Dutch Chocolate mixed with leftover chilled Rainforest Nut coffee for a great mocha drink to start the day. We started a beef brisket in the crockpot and got moving. Rich and I went to Target to do a bit of Christmas shopping. Got him some stocking stuffers...SF Cinnamon Altoids, SF Chocolate Coated Macadamia Nuts, Jalapeno and Chipolte flavored Pistachos, a book light and a $15 gift card for iTunes for his iPod. He did some shopping for me - accessories for my iPod Shuffle, I think but we'll see. Then off to grocery shop. Then back to hit a few more stores before heading home. Lunch was a cut up roasted half turkey breast warmed up in gravy. Yummy. Next it was laundry and wrapping Christmas gifts and rearranging things to put up Christmas decorations. All is done except the tree. Rich did a great job wrapping some big children's gifts. I did some online shopping which got a few friend's kids completed. Dinner was brisket with mashed cauliflower. Awesome and healthy too! Yummers. Now, its is WWE Survivor Series on pay-per-view. LOL! Oh, and we got a call about the two kitties we want to adopt. They are going to confirm my care of my last cat and my current dog with my vet and then we should be set. They are beauties... Princess and Penny... siblings. Ahhh, a great day!
