Confession Time

Hi Laurie, I had some neuropothy for a couple years before my wls. tingling in hands and feet with carpal tunnel in both hands. My pcp pushed me to take my B12 shots at home and to take B6 capsules every day. He preached about the B vitamins being the Nerve vitamins. I haven't seen anybody mention the B6 connection so , for what it's worth I thought I'd share that info. Mary
