I went to a kick ass water aerobics class this morning...whew, what a workout.
b-quaker weight control oatmeal with 1 cup low fat soy milk
L-2 oz turkey and about 1/3 cup broccoli with cheese sauce
S-5 sugar free reece's peanut butter cups and 5 Gen Soy Soy Crisps
D-Turkey, tomatoe and vegetable stew I made, probably ate about 1.5 cups. It had very little turkey.
night snack-will eat 1 cup plain fat free yogurt with 1/2 c strawberries and 22 raw almonds (all sweetened with splenda)
Need to definitely drink more water before bed. I'm up to date on my vits.
