Hey Doodlebug...my holiday was nice and relaxing...how was yours?

Very nice! I cooked and didn't make as much food as I normally do or as much variety as usual but we still were happy and had more than enough food for us. As far as the turkey goes I made a turkey breast that was just under 5# so very little leftovers there! Especially once the spoiled dog got her share!
