What did you eat today?
Well, after being ill most of the day, I didn't do much in the eatting department.
B - nothing
L - potato soup
D - 3 oz pot roast (sat much better then the soup)
Vits - Centrum Chewable
Vitamin C chewable (yum WalMart sells one that taste like an orange sweettart)
Hair, Skin & Nails supplement
I'll start the Calcium citrate tomorrow am.
Water - huh, I just drank some with my pill taking.... I think that's it so far. I'll be working on that tonight now that I feel a little better.
Let's see...
Pre-B: Protein Shake (33 grams - scoop and a half)
B: Scrambled eggs w/bacon and cheese tossed in courtesy of a loving hubby who got up and cooked for me
L: Chik-Fil-A Chicken Sandwich (debunned)
S: Protein Shake (33 grams - scoop and a half)
S2: 1 oz of peanuts being eaten right now
D: Not sure yet.
Late night S: Protein Shake (33 grams - scoop and a half)
B - 1 packet of weight control oatmeal with a handful of jumbo raisins (they were the mixed kind - three different colors - muy yummy!)
L - 1 can chicken vienna sausages, 4 or 5 reduced fat Ritz
D - (will be) left over lasagna that I made for company Mon. night
I will be having a protein drink later on as a snack.
Vits - all but one calcium
Fluids - 42 oz. diet green tea, 32 oz of water so far
Exercise - none - BLECH!
