New to May Board

Hello everyone. I've been on the NY board for several months now and just found out that there was a May 2005 surgery board. My surgery was May 18th and as of yesterday was down 78 lbs. I don't ever remember feeling so good before in my life. I want to wish you all a very Happy Thanksgiving. One thing I know I will be reminding myself tomorrow is "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels" (and I still have a long way to go before I'd consider myself thin). Cindee 310/232/??

Welcome Cindee! You actually had your surgery on my birthday. I had surgery on May 11th. Your saying "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels" is going to be my Mantra tomorrow. It really is going to be a day of being thankful for the second shot of life that we have given ourselves. Congratulations to all of us! Angela
