Good Morning Maysters!

Did you know that Visine isn't good for contacts? I do! My eyes were feeling a little tired last night so I put some Visine drops in (with my contacts in) because I couldn't find my rewetting solution. BIG MISTAKE! I was tossing and turning all night because my eyes were bugging me. So finally, at 4:30, I decided I might as well get up and take the darn things out! So glad it's a short week this week. Yesterday, I overslept, got myself and Livvie ready to go in 30 minutes so I could get to work by 7am, had meetings from 7:30am until 4pm with about a 15 minute break in the morning when a meeting got out early and 20 minutes for lunch. Stayed late to run reports and send nasty-grams to directors since I didn't have time to do it because of all the damn MEETINGS and didn't leave until about 5:30... 10 Plus hours makes for a long day.... I know, whine, whine, whine... Anyway, today is promising to be a better day. I only have meetings until 3pm and I'm highly considering canceling that one and going home early-ish, or at least on time... Hi Becky, Isn't it always a scramble to get things done just so you can take a well deserved holiday? I am rolling into work this morning at 6:00 just so I can get my desk cleared hopefully by 4:00 and go have some fun. I am definitely staying away from the office on Friday, but I will probably go in over the weekend, just to stay caught up. It's a good thing I like my career! Anyway, we're having a low key holiday this year, just the hubbie and me. He actually got it off work this year, so we are looking forward to sleeping in together and watching the parade. It should be a wonderful, relaxing day. Have a great Thanksgiving, everyone, and don't be one of those people we see on the news causing a ruckus while shopping on Friday! Angela

All I had was regular Visine... I thought, surely, if it were a problem, there'd be a warning... Oh well, live and learn! I love the fact that at 31, I'm still learning everyday....
