I've noticed on other boards that people post this every day, and I think it's a great way to journal our intake, get ideas, etc., and make us accountable! So, I'm offering myself here. I need to keep track of my protein stats like you do. I mean, I know I'm getting enough, but I need to keep up with the numbers. And come on over to So. Cal- it's been HOT and dry here all week,. I wish we had some of that cooler weather!

I feel like I eat a lot, too, but it's really not that bad. My Dr. says don't pay attention to the oz. number on the frozen meals- a good portion of that is water added!

Here's what I had yesterday (11/22) pre-breakfast: Prostat protein syrup (yuck, but it gets the job done) breakfast - half of atkins protein bar and 4 oz of carb control yogurt lunch - half cup of vegetarian three-bean chili (yummy!) snack - one ounce cheddar with mustard dinner - one cup of salad (lettuce and cukes) with caesar dressing and two ounces of cheese with mustard. seems like a lot of cheese, but I don't eat meat anymore, so I get protein from cheese, beans, yogurt, fish, and supplements. Protein: more than 60 grams Water: not so good... Vitamins: took them all Exercise: 45-minute step aerobics class followed by lower-body toning.
