Exercise, Exercise, Exercise.....I think
Well Guys, for the last 3 weeks I have been doing the "Walk Away the Pounds" tapes by Leslie Sansone and they are great!! They come in the one, two, and three mile CD's. They are sold all together. The one mile is 15 min., 2 miles is 30, and 3 miles is 45 minutes. I do the tape every morning and three times a week with my hubby in the evening. Here's the thing, starting last week, I have not lost 1 pound. The scale is saying the same thing. I exercise EVERY DAY!!! My hubby says I am loosing inches. I'm not really eating more. Am I o.k.? Am I building muscle??? I am getting a little bit discouraged, for I thought the exercise would help.

When you are starting an exercise program, go with the numbers on the tape measure not the scale. Know that you are getting other benefits too, especially from cardio - your heart and lungs are thanking you.
Avoid the scale for a few weeks and go with how your clothes are fitting. Congratulations for sticking with an exercise routine.

Good for you to get going with the exercise... it will benefit you greatly. I would like to try those tapes too. Can you just buy them in the store or have to buy online? Keep up the great work! Hugs, Stef
