It finally happened!!!!!

I faced my fears and got on the scale and it read 197lbs. I couldn't believe it. It has been 15 years since I weighed in the 100's. I finally started back exercising yesterday. Maybe that did it. Next goal the century club. Next mini goal is to wear that size 12 suit that I keep talking about comfortably, if not by my next dr's appt on December 3rd, than definitely by Christmas. What a onederful Friday!!
