EVERYBODY: 6 Month Weigh-in!!!

Well it has been a couple of weeks since I weighed, but as of then here are the results. DRUM ROLL PLEASE!! Start weight 490 current weight 370 goal weight 200 current weight loss 120lbs gone forever. I haven't heard too many of you complain about the emotional ups and downs that typically occur about 6 months out. I have been struggling severally with that. Lost my support system, lost friends, family not understanding. Just very depressed, had to go back on anti-depressants. I could use all the encouragement anyone is willing to give. thanks good luck to all of you.

Hello to all, 253/168/Not sure somewhere in the 130's Feels great! Down 85lbs today. Now buying size 10 pants, Medium tops. Just realizing how wonderful this really does feel.... Everyone can't believe the difference. Lovin it!! Be well...Zita
