Day 4 and still ok here my menu for the day Early am Nectar Protein 23g protein Breakfast 1slice of bacon & boiled egg 13g protein Snack Nectrar Protein 23g protein Lunch Tuna Steak 34g protein Dinner ???????? Snack Nectar Protein 23g protein Exercise 2.5 miles I will drink at least 70oz of water today, and take ALL vitamins by noon.

Forgot to post yesterday but I got in 726 cals and 82 grams of protein. Today's Menu B - 1 oz cheese 7 grams (on the run this morning) L - tuna fish - 20 grams of protein S - sf hot choc with vanilla protein - 20 grams of protein D - ??? probably chicken S - ??? but I'm short on protein so I'm sure it'll be protein something I'm not losing any weight this week, so I'll have to step up the water and exercise!!!!

Laurie, what kind of hot cocoa do you use? OK Today Breakfast-23g nectar lunch-tuna something diiner-???? snack -another 23 g of nectar and I made a short term goal today of 179...I am out of the 180's YIPPEE!

I use swiss miss no sugar added. I've tried their "diet" and didn't like the taste of it.
