Sorry for such a late post, but hey, better late than never. I had to do some serious grocery shopping today, and stock up on TUNA STEAKS Food Lion has the Tuna Steaks 2 for $4.00...That's a GREAT deal

I have taken all my vitamins, and will walk 2.0 miles this evening. Continue to pray that all of us over achieve or set goals. Talk to youlater and have a BLESSED day.
I have restored faith! Kicking up the protein and exercise does work! Go figure! I have lost 2 pounds this week, and feeling great!
Breakfast - 2 quiche cups (let me know if you want the recipe) and 1oz turkey breast
Lunch - Tuna steak & salad -- delish
Snack - protein bar
Dinner - Chicken breast and broccoli stir fry with soy sauce only.
I am over 100 oz of water so far and have gotten in all my vitamins. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical at the gym tonight - whew! Earth Wind & Fire kept me going!
