Day 2
Hey Family! It's Steph.....Kathy has named me Queen of Tuna
and I think it's true I'm eatting tuna 2-3 times a day, and love it (just remember to take a toothbrush,toothpaste and mouth wash to work
). I'm sorry that I don't respond to some of the post during the day, I'm SWAMPED at work, I juggle
many task. My menu is below for the day.
Early AM Nectar Protein 23g protein
Breakfast Tuna Steak 34g protein
Snack Nectar Protein 23g protein
Lunch Tuna Steak over lettuce 34g protein
Dinner Tuna Steak w/steamed beans 34g Protein
Late PM walk 2.0 miles
I will drink at least 80oz of water today, and take all vitamins by 12noon. Have a BLESSED day...and continue to pray for each other, that we will meet and exceed our personal goals

I am doing great! Down 4 pounds, and feeling more motivated than ever!
Still need to step up the exercise, but I have been meeting and maintaining all of my protein/vitamin and water goals!
Today will be a good day.

Breakfast: Deli Ham and Cheese (Havarti w/ Dill - yummers)
Lunch: Pork Medallions Dijonaise w/ green beans
Snack: Nectar Protein 33 grams
Dinner: Taylor Ham (Pork Roll sauteed in a fry pan) - 4 slices
Later tonight:
Snack: Yet another Nectar Protein 33 grams
Got my vitamins all in except the last of my calcium which will be later as well.
Water - a bit light but I still have time. Got 40 oz thus far. Plus 16 oz Crystal Light which I haven't had in months. I usually don't count flavored stuff towards my water/fluid intake but perhaps today I will.
Got an MRCP tomorrow...it is a special MRI to look at the bile ducts to see if there is a runaway gallstone. I'm not expecting them to find anything and am expecting to still not know from whence my pain originiates.

This is a great idea, Steph! I had:
Early AM - dose of protein syrup (30 grams)
Breakfast: 4 oz carb control yugurt and 1/2 Atkins bar (15 grams protein)
Lunch: 3 oz steamed cabbage, 3 oz peas (3 grams)
PM snack: 1 slice american cheese and 5 saltines (4 grams)
Dinner: 1/2 cup bean soup (7 grams)
One gram shy of my doc's 60 gram per day goal.
I got in all my vitamins and water.
Exercise: 45 minute step-aerobics class followed by upper-body weight training.
