Hello Family!
We are starting this party ALL OVER AGAIN , and we are going to keep it moving, and we won't stop until we've reached out goal below is my nenu for the day. Remember that we are going to UP the PROTEIN,WATER, & EXERCISE and DECREASE the CARBS

Breakfast Tuna 19g protein
Snack Nectar Protein 23g protein
Lunch Tuna 19g protein
Snack Nectar Protein 23g protein
Dinner Tuna 19g protein
I will drink at least 70 oz of water today, and take all my vitamins by noon. Lets keep each other in daily prayer, praying that each and every on of us reach our goals. Holla at ya later...Peace

My menu is not quite clear.

S - cheese 7 grams protein
L - albacore tuna 21 g protein
S - sf hot choc. with vanilla protein 20 g protein
D - ????? don't know yet
I'll drink at least 60 oz of water. It looks like it might be nice enough to go outside and walk today. If so, then I'll be getting in 3 miles today.
Wooo Hoooo - that 68 g of protein with out dinner added in!!!!!! Absolutely NO CARBS going in this mouth today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

dinner-chix wings and cheddar mashed potatoes
My babe and I did some freestyle exercise...and protein/water/vitamin goals will be met, I still need to work on the carbs though
Alright, I'm playing this week.
Breakfast - 2 low fat quiche cups w/spinach & broccoli & 1 oz turkey breast
Lunch - 4 oz. homemade barbecued pork (no sugar!) and low carb tortilla
Dinner -- probably chicken stir fry
Got in all my vitamins and have done 60 oz of water so far. I should get to at least 100 oz. Exercise? Not tonight. I'm going to the therapist for my mental exercise!

Early am: Nectar Protein (33-34 grams)
Breakfast: Deli Ham and Havati Cheese w/ Dill - yummers!
Lunch: Pork Medallions Dijonaise ala Rich (my hubby cooked this morning!)
Snack: Nectar Protein (33-34 grams)
Dinner: Grilled Chicken w/ Feta Cheese over salad with salad dressing
Snack: Decaf coffee protein shake made with scoop and a half of IDS Vanilla Cinnamon, splash of half and half and a sweet 'n low - Rich's concotion
Already downed 50 oz of water and forging on. Will get at least 60 in. Vitamins are taken except for my evening calcium.

Holy Frickin' Cow!!!!!!!!! I did it, I did it!!!!!! I just finished my snack for the evening. Take a look at what I ate.
