Another Week???

Hello Mayers! I have received several e-mails asking to continue the train. So if you are ready for another week of MORE Protein,Water,Exercise,& Vitamins..Hop on the train because we will be stopping in your town. So go out today and get all your foods for you lunch. I have noticed that for myslef, the prepacked Tuna Steaks 3oz-4oz(they can be found next to the cans of tuna)really work well for lunch and dinner, and because they have so many flavors you never get sick of eatting them. They are PACKED with Protein, and have little to no carbs which are GREAT. That's what I realy think helped move the scale for me this last week. The increase of protein and the decrease of carbs(yes I know that we need some carbs). So if you are ready...Lets roll I will post in the AM my eatting schedule for the day...see you soon!
