Day 6

Hey Family Here we are at day 6 are we still standing YES WE ARE, ok heres the menu for today I'm going to some what take it VERY slow today. I'm at my PT job and really don't have the time or space to eat like I can on my Full time job, where I have my own office. Breakfast Nectar Protein 23g protein Snack Nectar Protein 23 protein Lunch Nectar protein 23g protein Dinner Tuna Steak 19g protein Snack Nectar Protein 23g protein I will drink at least 60oz of water today. and take ALL my vitamins

Howdy! Yes, we are all still standing. Had a good day yesterday with lots of trips up and down the stairs at work and then a good upper body workout with my weights, pushups and situps. Breakfast: 1/3 of a bacon, shroom, carmelized onion and cheddar omelette. Part of the crust of a piece of rye toast w/ cream cheese and one bite of a potato (hash brown). And coffee too! Snack: Nectar Protein: 34 g protein Lunch: Nectar Protein: 34 g protein and one SF peanut butter cookie (splenda) Dinner I'll be out at a seafood restaurant so some type of fish and vegies. I'll end the day with another protein shake. Didn't get a real lunch today since I was running a host of errands including taking the dog to the vet and getting my hair done (cut and highlight). Now I'm off to the spa for a facial and massage - a pre-birthday event with a close friend. Kathy

HEY EASTERN STAR, I NEED TO JOIN THE TRAIN. I FEEL I HAVE COMPLETELY FELL OFF OF THE TRAIN, WITH MY DIET. DO YOU HAVE SOME GOOD TIPS FOR A PLATEU.
